Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions apply automatically to the sea excursion services offered by the company SNC DIAMANT VERT.

They apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, particularly those applicable through other distribution and marketing channels.

Any reservation implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions, which prevail over all other conditions, with the exception of those having mandatory application due to the nature of the activity performed.

The client declares having read these general terms and conditions of sale and service and having accepted them before confirming their reservation.

Article 1: Reservations

Passengers must book their excursion in advance.

Any particular health condition must be declared at the time of booking.


It is advisable to book as early as possible, given the limited number of places on board the vessel and the high demand, especially during peak season.

The Company accepts online reservations via its website www.azimutcroisiere.com or by phone.

Any reservation will only be effective after full payment.

Minors are allowed on board only if accompanied by and under the responsibility of their parents/guardians.

Pets are not allowed on board.

Article 2: Schedules, routes, and prices of excursions

The company offers its passengers several boats and routes, at different prices.

The schedules and excursion routes are defined by SNC DIAMANT VERT and described on the website.

Brochures, panels, and advertising posters published by SNC DIAMANT VERT and presenting the excursion routes do not constitute a contractual document.

Schedules and rates may be subject to change.


Service prices are inclusive of all taxes.

Departure and arrival times announced at the time of booking may be delayed in case of any difficulty.

Weather conditions may force the ship’s captain to modify the initially planned excursion route.

Under no circumstances shall such a modification justify the payment of any compensation to passengers.

The carrier reserves the right, at the captain’s discretion and for reasons inherent to navigation, to make stops other than those planned or to modify the initial route. The captain is permitted to tow, assist vessels in all situations, divert, perform all rescues and all transshipments.

Neither the captain nor SNC Diamant Vert can be held responsible for diversions, modifications, service interruptions, or delays in the vessel’s departures and arrivals, nor for any non-coincidence in the arrivals, departures, or connections of taxis, vessels, and airplanes.


Article 3: Cancellation


3.1- Cancellation by the Company



SNC Diamant Vert reserves the right to cancel an excursion, without prior notice or compensation, if the minimum passenger quota is not met, in cases of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances, bad weather conditions, damage, any malfunction, for safety reasons, or any other legitimate reason.


Only the shipowner or their representative and the ship’s captain are authorized to judge whether weather conditions permit the excursion to take place, and this, always with the aim of allowing passengers to enjoy a safe excursion.

If the vessel’s departure is prevented or delayed by one of these exceptional events, the company disclaims all responsibility for direct or indirect costs and damages incurred by passengers.


In case of cancellation, the company will endeavor to offer an alternative to passengers, including rescheduling the excursion, depending on the company’s availability, without passengers being able to claim any compensation, refund, or indemnity.
In the absence of a proposed or accepted alternative solution, passengers will be fully refunded without being able to claim any compensation or indemnity.

3.2- Cancellation by the client


The client has the possibility to cancel their reservation for any reason and at any time.

The cancellation must be communicated to the service provider by any means that provides a verifiable date.

No justification will be required for a cancellation, but no justification will be accepted for a cancellation less than 48 hours in advance (or 7 days for privatization).

Cancellation more than 48 hours before departure: no charge

Cancellation less than 48 hours before departure: 50% of the excursion amount

Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: 100% of the excursion amount

Special case for group cancellations: privatizations, rentals, or added services.

Cancellation more than 7 days before the service: no cancellation fee


Cancellation less than 7 days before the service: 100% of the excursion amount.

Article 4: Payment Methods


Payment is made at the time of booking.


SNC DIAMANT VERT accepts payment by e-transaction, bank transfer, cash, checks, and holiday vouchers.


Passengers can pay directly online on the company’s website or by going to the boarding location (by appointment only).


A valid email address and mobile phone number are required at the time of booking, for receiving your booking confirmation. The validity of the email address and mobile phone number is the client’s responsibility.


Article 5 – Execution, Obligations, and Responsibilities

5.1- Boarding Conditions


Passengers must present themselves at the boarding area at the time indicated on their confirmation/booking voucher.


No delays are accepted by SNC Diamant Vert.


In case of delay, even with a ticket, the passenger will have no recourse against the company if they cannot board.


Only passengers who have reserved their place and are registered on the passenger manifest are authorized to board.


The Captain has, among other things, full authority to refuse boarding to anyone presenting a physical or mental condition that prevents them from taking the excursion, or to anyone who has consumed narcotics, hallucinogens, or alcohol making their behavior dangerous towards other passengers.


5.2- Passengers’ Health Status

Any particular health condition must be declared at the time of booking.

Pregnant women and individuals with a disability, any physical or health problem, are imperatively required to report it at the time of booking.

These passengers, whose condition may constitute a contraindication, must therefore imperatively consult a doctor prior to the service, who will be solely authorized to certify their ability to participate in the excursion.


In case of non-declaration at the time of booking, the captain may refuse boarding to passengers whose health condition is not compatible with the excursion, without any refund or compensation of any kind being demandable by the passenger.


Furthermore, if the captain deems that the health condition or physical capabilities of a passenger who has duly reported them are incompatible with the trip given the day’s weather conditions, they are entitled to refuse boarding to the passenger.
In such a case, the passenger will be fully refunded but will not be able to claim any compensation of any kind.

Article 6.2: Swimming


SNC DIAMANT VERT is not a diving or snorkeling club.


Nevertheless, it offers swimming breaks during its excursions (not mandatory).

Passengers who cannot swim or are poor swimmers must inform the captain.

Life jackets can therefore be lent during navigation and/or swimming.


Swimming will be undertaken under the responsibility of the passengers.

In case passengers forget their snorkeling equipment, masks and snorkels can be provided free of charge. The use of this equipment is under the sole responsibility of the passengers, and its absence, insufficient quantity, or possible defectiveness cannot be grounds for any claim or compensation.


The captain reserves the right to cancel a swimming break due to weather conditions.

Article 6.3: Safety Instructions and Responsibility


The captain is the sole master on board their vessel and informs passengers of the safety instructions to be followed.


Minors are allowed on board if accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult and remain under their full supervision and responsibility.

Pets are prohibited on board.


Passengers undertake in all cases to comply with the regulations established by SNC DIAMANT VERT on board the vessels, as well as to obey the captain’s orders.

In the event of an accident related to passengers’ non-compliance with safety instructions, SNC Diamant Vert cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur.

Despite all safety precautions taken, sea transport involves a risk of falling, or even injury, inherent in the unpredictability of sea movements.

Personal injury occurring during the voyage, or during boarding or disembarking operations, can only give rise to compensation from the carrier if the passenger concerned has been able to materially establish and prove that the service provider has violated the safety obligations for which it is responsible or that a clear fault was committed by itself or one of its employees.

The service provider cannot be held responsible for falls and/or injuries sustained by any of its passengers during a sea excursion, or during water activities, provided that navigation conditions were correct, and all safety instructions were given and reiterated.


The company cannot be held responsible for passengers’ personal belongings and effects in case of loss, theft, or damage (jewelry, precious metals, personal papers and documents, sound or image reproduction devices, mobile phones, and glasses…).

In case of theft, loss, or damage to these items, no compensation, refund, or indemnity will be provided.


Article 6.4: Vessel Regulations


SNC DIAMANT VERT undertakes to comply with the transport code and the maritime labor code related to its activity.

SNC DIAMANT VERT also has appropriate insurance for its activity.

Article 7: Language of the contract

These general terms and conditions are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall be authoritative in case of dispute.


Article 8: Complaints

Any complaint against the company SNC DIAMANT VERT must be submitted within 15 days from the date of the excursion, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the company’s headquarters
